This program is for anyone worried about their carnivorous plant - whether it’s a Venus Flytrap, Sundew, Bladderwort, Butterwort or Pitcher Plant that just isn’t looking happy.

Your plant may be showing signs of distress - yellowing, wilting, unusual spots, pests or simply not growing well - and you’re not sure why. This program is ideal if:

• Your plant is struggling, declining or showing unusual symptoms.
• You suspect pests, rot, fungus, aphids (plant lice) or disease and need help identifying and treating them.
• Your plant has deformed or misshapen growth, or the traps just aren’t closing properly.
• You’ve followed all the care guides, but your plant still isn’t happy or growing well.

This isn’t a once-off consultation - it’s a complete 6-week Plant Rescue & Recovery Program designed to give your plant the best possible chance of recovery.

• Professional Diagnosis & Assessment: We’ll identify the likely cause of the problem - whether it’s lighting, watering, growing medium, pests, disease or environmental stress.
• Tailored Recovery Plan: A personalised step-by-step action plan designed specifically for your plant and growing conditions.
• Plant Rescue Pack, where required: If your recovery plan requires repotting or treatment, I’ll supply the appropriate premium growing medium and/or treatment products needed to carry out the plan.
• Guided Recovery: Where appropriate, we’ll repot or treat your plant together during a WhatsApp video call so you know exactly what to do.
• Dedicated Support for 6 Weeks: Regular WhatsApp check-ins to monitor progress, answer questions and adjust the recovery plan where needed.

One program covers one plant only. The assessment, recovery plan, support and any included Plant Rescue Pack are tailored to a single plant. If you need help with multiple plants, a bog planter or an entire collection, please contact me for a custom quote.

What to Expect

This program provides a professional assessment, a clear step-by-step recovery plan and ongoing support throughout your plant’s recovery.

Together, we’ll identify the likely cause, treat the problem where possible and give your plant the best chance of recovery. If it is unfortunately too far gone, you’ll still walk away knowing what most likely happened and how to prevent it in future.

Every plant is unique and recovery depends on the plant’s condition, how early the issue is identified and the nature of the problem. If there’s a chance, we’ll give it the best possible shot.

What this program doesn’t cover

• Decorative repotting, planter upgrades or divisions that aren’t part of the recovery plan - these are handled through our Repotting Service.
• Large bog planters, multiple plants or full collections - please contact me for a custom quote.
• Terrarium setup or design - book a Build & Design Your Own Epic Jungle session if you need help with terrariums, glass enclosures or artificial lighting.
• Growing carnivorous plants from seed - covered in our Seed Starting Consultation.

Program Details

• Initial Session: 30–40 minutes via WhatsApp, with video preferred for the best assessment.
• Follow-up Support: 6 weeks of guided WhatsApp check-ins to monitor recovery and adjust care where needed.
• Plant Rescue Pack: Appropriate growing medium and/or treatment products are included where required for the single plant covered by the program.
• Location: Virtual sessions within South Africa.
• In-person sessions: Available in Gauteng by arrangement, with travel costs quoted separately.
• Flexible Scheduling: Choose a suitable time after booking.
